Formative assessments are employed throughout the learning process. These include: Weekly linguistics assignments Daily silent reading logs Daily classroom performance (participation, citizenship, etc.) Summative assessments are a summary of a student's development at a particular point in time. These include: Tafsīr, Linguistics tests, Tajwīd tests /Quizzes, Spelling Please : Note that a student's culminating projects and portfolios are included as summative assessments Weekly schedule The classinformation below shows the days that cover each of the seven areas within a full week, each day having 60-minute period of Qut'anic Arabic. Memorizationhome study is listed to Monday through Thursday,one day for each table. These assignments are forthcoming.
